The Diet Starts Monday

Weekends usually come with a mix of emotions: relief, boredom, loneliness, or celebration.
You can finally break free from the stressful daily routines and relax. You might go to a social event with lots of delicious food. Or you might escape on a city break and try the local restaurants. All these activities should be fun. And if you are on a diet, you will probably ditch it only to start it again the following Monday.
How to avoid this trap?
The first step is to realize that intuitive eating is not another diet plan. You don’t “fail” it if you eat when you are not hungry. It is all expected and part of the healing process. We created the Weekend Streak challenge to encourage you to track all your meals during the weekend and observe why you eat.
When learning to eat intuitively, every step helps. You will get better at noticing how your body feels and what it’s telling you about your eating habits.
